Black Bean Quinoa Salad


1 cup of quinoa (boil 2 cups water and cook 1 c quinoa for 12 minutes. Let sit 15 minutes)
1 can of black beans (rinsed)
grape tomatoes halved
chopped carrots, green peppers and onions
chopped cilantro
juice of one lime
pepper and Mrs. Dash
